Sports for Learning has officially launched our new brand identity and it gives us great pride and pleasure to share with you our new name, logo, colors and so much more. From this point on we will be known as Elevo Learning. And here is our brand story…
Why rebrand?
Through hard work, opportunity, a stellar team and of course by listening to you, our customers, we have grown significantly over the last couple of years. However, the brand of Sports for Learning, and indeed its name, has unraveled and we believe no longer reflects the identity of the business or its people.
A new identity
After months of research, soul searching, creative thinking, listening and some heated debates(!) we are immensely proud to share with you our visual identity for the future.
The new brand will be simultaneously launched across the Elevo website, social channels and marketing collateral.
Our key visuals have been re-imagined, as well as our vision, values and mission. Our tagline, style guide, story and sitemap have all been given an overhaul too… we’ve also re-thought our presentations, proposals, prose, pixels, and pantones… the Elevo brand was born out of honesty, passion and inspiration.
A hidden story
Latin. The quintessential language that epitomizes learning and education.
But also, because we uncovered during our workshops that our co-founder, Nick Telford’s father was actually a Latin teacher in Ireland!
Move to Learn. Our new tagline. We really worked hard on this and in the end we remained true to our values – clear, honest and humble. Distilling our core offering down to its purest form, we feel this encapsulates our mission of providing students with a fun and healthy pathway to education and life learning.
And how do you visually represent that?
Our rebrand story represents a new phase in our journey. We’re very proud of our new identity. One which we feel reflects us better as a company, as well as the individuals who make it happen every day.
A few words of gratitude to those who made it a reality:
– Nick Telford
– Chris Murphy
– Emma Tudor
– Connor Brennan
– Ashley Weitman
– RJ Kirkland
…and our branding agency Lagom+
