About the role

Responsibilities you’ll take on as a coach and mentor with Elevo: 

• Work on-site with K-8 classes to teach physical education classes with a social-emotional learning curriculum.

• Demonstrate, engage, and participate in games with students

• Act as a positive and inspiring role model

• Support and collaborate with school staff

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Elevo’s programs vary from school to school and district to district. Programs can be anywhere from 5 – 40 hours per week. 

A: At Elevo we work as a team! You may be assigned one school but you may also be required to travel between multiple schools close by in the district to help the team as needed. You will receive your schedule from your regional manager in advance and will be able to see your school assignments clearly.

A: Yes! Coaches who do well will be considered for promotion to site lead or coach trainer. Beyond that, there are Regional Manager and Operations Manager positions and other departments too, so there’s a lot of room to grow.

When you submit your application online, our Recruitment Team will review your resume. If your background and experience match what we’re looking for, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a phone interview. The next step is a field interview in-person and on-site. This session will give you an opportunity to show your personality and experience in a group setting. Should you ace the field interview, you’ll be sent an offer letter. Finally, you’ll complete your hiring paperwork and begin training. Good luck, and get ready!
