This summer, we’re bringing your students weekly themed units that are filled with games, activities, and skill-building opportunities. Week 3: Space Odyssey

Early Childhood

Objective: Students will explore themes relating to outer space.
Lessons:

Elementary

Objective: Students will embark on an imaginative journey through space exploration, engaging in hands-on STEM activities to learn about celestial bodies, space technology, and the wonders of space.
Lessons:
• Galaxy in a Jar
• Paper Rocket Launcher
• Spiral Galaxy Art
• Moon Lander Part 1
• Space Day with Moon Lander Reveal

Middle School

Objective: Students will engage in STEM learning experiences related to space travel, rocket launches, and planetary exploration.
Lessons:
• Alien Adventure
• Space Paint
• Solar Oven
• Alien Mask Creation & Skit

Supplemental Projects

Early Childhood

Objective: Students will explore themes relating to outer space.
Lessons:
• Design a creature or vehicle you’d like to see in outer space.
• Work together to build a space vehicle or space station.
• Create a planet or place you would like to live on or visit in outer space.
• Work together to build your own space station or town!

Elementary

Objective: Students will embark on an imaginative journey through space exploration, engaging in hands-on STEM activities to learn about celestial bodies, space technology, and the wonders of space.

Middle School
