Program Costs

Elevo’s Berryessa Family Paid Program monthly fee is $340.

Note: Families choose their billing cycle at enrollment. All billing choices are annualized meaning that the payments are spread evenly throughout the calendar year regardless of the number of school days in any given time frame.

Fees

Registration & Re-Enrollment Fee = $35

This fee is only applied per family, not per child.
If a payment is overdue for more than 10 days the student is un-enrolled and a re-registration fee will be applied at re-enrollment.
If a student becomes unenrolled for a period of time and wants to re-enter the program, the enrollment fee will again be charged.

Discounts

Sibling Discount: Elevo offers a 10% sibling discount for having multiple siblings in the family-paid program. This does not extend to siblings who are not outside of the family-paid programming.
Military Discount: Elevo offers a 10% discount for U.S. military families.
Please note discounts cannot be combined.

Late Pick-Up Fees

There may be a late pick-up fee of $1 per child for every minute of tardiness beginning ten (10) minutes after the end of your child’s program. For example, if a child is enrolled in a program that closes at 6:00pm, at 6:14pm if the child is not picked up the parent will be charged four dollars ($4) and the fee will increase one dollar ($1) per minute thereafter. This policy is non-negotiable, and your method of payment on file in the online portal will be automatically charged. Three (3) late pick-ups past ten (10) minutes in one (1) month may result in a temporary suspension from the Elevo program.

Refund and Crediting Policy

Elevo does not provide credits or refunds for program cancellation due to inclement weather, facility issues, school closures, school-dictated unavailability of space, or any other issue beyond Elevo’s direct control, including days school is canceled for district-mandated furlough days or days school is canceled due to a teacher strike. Neither credits nor refunds are given for student absence or any days of student non-attendance (i.e. holidays, half days, etc.) or for processing fees. Credits or refunds will be issued if programming is canceled by Elevo.

Sibling Discount

When siblings are enrolled in programming, there is a sibling discount of ten (10%) percent for each additional child enrolled after the first. If a sibling cancels from the program, the discount will be rescinded and debited to the account. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

Military Discount

Elevo is proud to offer a ten (10%) discount for active or retired military families from all branches of service. The military member must be in the child’s immediate family or, if extended family, must be the legal guardian of the child. Submission of an active, retired, or dependent military ID is required. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
